We are bound by the Rules of the Financial Services Authority for the purpose of consumer protection. We are required to provide a Key Facts initial disclosure document “about our services” to all clients, which details the terms under which the mortgage will be arranged, and a Key Facts illustration, which provides information “about the mortgage” being recommended, before an application can be submitted for a residential mortgage.

This information will also be included in the mortgage offer and help to ensure that you are aware of the terms of the arrangement.
